The man, whose identity had not been released pending notification of kin, reportedly fell at 6:38 a.m. Monday on the beach block of Michigan Avenue, Atlantic City police said.
It was not clear how many stories he fell from.
Medical personnel arrived and the man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The fall had not been ruled suspicious.
